- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, searches performed, and actions taken within the platform.
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL.
- Communications: Messages you send to our support team.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the Utalus platform and its features.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, deal alerts you request).
- Analyze usage patterns to improve our product.
- Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Service providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Redis (caching) — under strict data processing agreements.
- Data providers: Property search queries are sent to ATTOM, Rentcast, and Estated to return results. No personal account data is shared.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in to your account (authentication session).
- Remember your preferences within the platform.
- Analyze usage via Google Analytics (aggregated, anonymized).
